What is SafeDay Transport?
SafeDay Transport offers unique, electric cart experiences through downtown Birmingham. Whether you're joining our signature Sip & Ride Bar Crawl, booking a private event, or vibing with our Cart Karaoke, we're here to make your night fun, safe, and unforgettable.

How do I book a ride?

You can book directly through our website. A confirmation email will include your ride details, pickup location & Map, along with any next steps. If you have a special request or want to plan a custom route, just let us know and we’re happy to build it with you

Can I rent the carts?

No, SafeDay Transport carts are not available for private self-driving use.

All bookings must include a certified SafeDay driver. This ensures the safety, compliance, and quality of your experience.

Alcohol Policy

You’re welcome to bring canned, wine, seltzers, or non-alcoholic beverages.

We do not allow any glass bottles, liquor, or open cups onboard.

All drinks must arrive closed, sealed and must be placed directly in the cart or our designated trunk space before the ride begins. If you’re hopping off the cart at stops, we’ll store your drinks safely in the trunk until you're back onboard.

Weather Policy

SafeDay rides happen rain or shine. Both of our carts are equipped with weather enclosures to help keep you dry and comfortable throughout your ride.

If there is severe or unsafe weather, we will contact you to reschedule or provide a full refund of funds already paid.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We know plans can change, and we’ll always do our best to work with you.

Cancel at least 10 days in advance: You’ll receive a full refund, no questions asked.

Cancel 4–9 days before your ride: We’ll issue a full credit that you can use anytime in the next 12 months.

Cancel within 72 hours: Unfortunately, we’re unable to refund or reschedule rides this close to your experience.

Rescheduling: Simply Reschedule on our booking site directly or contact our team directly.

Can I book SafeDay for a private event or partnership?

Absolutely. We’ve partnered with venues, event planners, and corporate teams for everything from pop-ups to community activations. If you're a business, bar, or event host looking to collaborate, we’d love to talk.

Do the carts play music?

Yes! All of our carts have Bluetooth speakers. You can play your own playlist or let us DJ for you. In your confirmation email we will ask if you have a preferred playlist or music genre to ensure you are enjoying the full experience!

Are there any height or weight limitations?

There are no height restrictions for riding with SafeDay , everyone is welcome!

For weight, our carts can safely accommodate guests up to 325 lbs. Riders over that weight are still welcome to cruise with us, but due to the dimensions of our seating, it may be more comfortable to book a private ride with fewer guests onboard to ensure plenty of space.
